Operations Manager
Apissara von Keller, nickname “Earth”, stepped into the family business in February 2023. The next generation is coming! The parents, Rose & Hajo von Keller are proud having her on board to ensure continuity in the family business.
She made her way through all departments at the Mangosteen and took responsibility in the position of “Operations Manager” one year later. Knowing every single step of the resorts operation was crucial for her.
Earth completed her Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Hospitality Management at the EHL, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, known as one of the best Hotel & Business Schools worldwide before joining the family business. With her strong knowledge base and the support of the parents and the team at the Mangosteen, she will quickly grow into the new role.
