At your yoga retreat in Phuket, our instructors lead two 60-minute sessions each day – including sessions in Hatha Stretch, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, alignment/therapy, and breathwork meditation – with weekly pranayama and sound-healing sessions. Our teachers include Orlando Matos Abreu, Daosuk “Dao” Sethi, and Kirstin Gourlay – among others! – who lead mixed-level groups with clarity, kindness, and a keen eye for form.
