Does my programme include activities?

Most wellness programmes include daily activities such as yoga and gentle movement. Private sessions are also possible, subject to availability.

How many yoga classes are there each day?

Typically, we offer two guided sessions, each approximately 60 minutes long – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Check the weekly schedule for exact times.

I’m a beginner. Will the classes suit me?

Yes. Our teachers offer options for all levels and can modify the postures to suit your body on the day.

Where are classes held?

In the Prana Yoga Sala or the light-filled Ananda yoga room, both on-site and close to the main facilities.

Can I book a private yoga session?

Absolutely. Private classes are available on request – ideal for those new to yoga or working with injuries.

Do I need to bring a mat or props?

No. Mats and essential props are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer, however.

Can non-guests join classes?

No, but you can purchase a day pass and enjoy a full day at the resort.

What if it rains?

We hold our sessions in a covered sala, the Prana Sala and at the indoor Ananda room.

I have an injury/condition. Can I still participate?

Please speak with the team before the class starts. Teachers can offer modifications, and if you’re on a therapeutic programme, the Ayurvedic doctor can provide advice.
