Every detail of your stay is designed to ensure comfort, peace, and clarity. Below you’ll find all the useful information for your wellness retreat at the Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort in Phuket.
The resort is set on a hillside with sloping terrain and steps. If you have mobility considerations, please let us know so we can recommend the most accessible villa locations and arrange assistance as needed.
The Mangosteen is an adults-only resort, welcoming guests aged 12 and over. This ensures a peaceful atmosphere, centred on wellness.
Alcohol is available on the property (in the restaurant, pool bar, and wine cellar). If you’re on a detox/Ayurveda programme, we’ll guide you in choosing non-alcoholic beverage choices that align with your plan.
Our private Mangosteen villas are designed with your well-being in mind and include:
- Spacious layouts with high ceilings and natural ventilation
- Private terrace or balcony (many with garden or sea views)
- Large rain shower (plus hand shower) and handcrafted sink
- King-size or twin beds with premium mattresses
- Coffee & tea maker, refrigerator, minibar

The Mangosteen runs year-round Ayurveda, wellness, and yoga retreats, guided by our in-house Ayurvedic doctors.
Soft bed linen and plush towels are refreshed regularly during your stay.
A fresh daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available in the restaurant. If you book an Ayurveda, wellness, or yoga retreat, all meals and drinks are typically included. For room-only villa stays, meals depend on your chosen rate plan. In-villa dining can be arranged on request.
Deposits and cancellation windows vary by season and offer. Please refer to the resort’s terms and conditions for the exact policy for your dates. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected costs in the event of cancellation or other unforeseen circumstances.
Your villa will be ready by 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask that you vacate your villa by 11:00 a.m. on your departure day. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability.
The Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort welcomes guests aged 12 and older. Our peaceful, wellness-focused environment is designed to support rest, rejuvenation, and mindfulness. Families travelling with older children will find the spacious, villas ideal for privacy and relaxation.
Daily cleaning of your villa is included in your stay. Linen and towels are refreshed regularly for your comfort.
Wellness day passes are available and make a great gift. Inclusions vary. Enquire to learn more.
Pets are not permitted in the villas to maintain a tranquil and allergen-free environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.
EV charging is available in the covered parking area.
Our cuisine is rooted in Ayurveda, crafted for nourishment and balance, featuring tasty vegetarian and vegan options. Thai and Mediterranean flavours provide a vibrant counterpoint. Please advise us of any dietary requirements in advance.
On-site laundry service is available for a fee; pressing can be arranged on request at the reception desk.
The resort is set on a serene hillside above Rawai/Nai Harn. An hourly complimentary shuttle runs to Nai Harn Beach.
You can park your car for free at the Mangosteen Ayurveda & Wellness Resort.
The Mangosteen has two pricing structures:
- Per villa (accommodation only): typically excludes meals.
- Per person (retreat programmes): typically includes all meals & drinks, daily yoga/activities, and scheduled spa treatments.
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes and service charges. Additional services and add-ons are available upon request.
Prefer a private meal in your villa rather than dining in the restaurant? In-villa dining is available throughout the day until 10:00 p.m. Ayurveda-aligned dishes, Thai cuisine, snacks, and beverages can be served on your terrace or balcony.
We offer complimentary shuttle services to Nai Harn Beach and local markets. On request, airport and island-wide private transfers can also be arranged for a fee.
All villas are non-smoking; designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
The Mangosteen Ayurveda Spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Advance booking is recommended.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
